Qualifying in 2006 with a BSc (Hons) in Herbal Medicine, I have worked in Bournemouth and Poole as a medical herbalist since 2009. I am passionate about improving health through herbs, diet and lifestyle and caring for my patients well being.

Western herbal medicine uses herbs predominantly native to Europe and North America. Using an holistic approach it is effective for many conditions.

After your consultation with me you may be prescribed a tincture, cream, tea or supplement, whichever is appropriate to you.

All my herbal prescriptions are made up uniquely with you in mind, with herbs specifically chosen because of your individual symptoms, medical history or medication that you may be taking.

The herbs I use are from reputable herbal manufacturers and suppliers and are of a high quality.

My practice serves clients from many areas in South Dorset including  Southbourne, Christchurch, Bournemouth, Poole, Wimborne and Ringwood.
